All initial and ongoing training is at full pay and provided by BCBA and BCABA ALC supervisors at our Falls Church offices. ALC provides a great working environment, starting hourly salary of $18, no cost health and dental insurance, or a $200 monthly car allowance, 2 weeks paid vacation and 1 week paid sick leave, and a 401 K retirement plan.
